RestoHub by SCP+ Softwarehouse ยท Last updated: August 20, 2026

Summary: RestoHub does not collect, transmit, or share your data with anyone. Everything (ingredients, recipes, sales, suppliers) is stored only on your own device. There is no account system, no backend server, and no internet connection required for the app's core functionality. The app connects to the online guide only when you choose to open it. Full details below.

1. Information the app does not collect

RestoHub does not collect personal data, has no sign-up or login system, does not collect usage analytics, shows no ads, and does not track user behavior in any form.

2. Where your data lives

Everything you enter into the app โ€” ingredients, stock batches, recipes, sales, suppliers, purchase orders, and settings โ€” is stored in a single SQLite database file on your own device only (the app's private storage). Nothing is synced to a cloud or automatically exported to any server.

3. Permissions the app requests

Camera โ€” used only when scanning a barcode to find or add an ingredient. Processed entirely on-device; no image or data is ever uploaded.
Notifications โ€” for daily low-stock/expiry alerts. These are local, on-device notifications, not routed through an external server.

Internet access for the online guide โ€” The app uses internet access only to load its in-app online user guide, and only after you choose to open that guide. Opening the guide does not transmit, sync, or upload your restaurant data; that data remains on your device.

If you tap "Suggest a feature" in Settings, your external browser opens โ€” that is your browser's behavior, not an automatic transfer of data by the app.

4. Exporting and sharing data

You can export data as a CSV or PDF file (e.g. a sales analytics report) and choose to share it through whichever channel you pick (email, chat apps, etc.) via your operating system's share sheet. RestoHub itself never sends data anywhere automatically โ€” every share happens because you tapped a button.

5. Backup and restore

The backup feature creates a backup file on your own device, which you control the storage/transfer of. The app does not upload backup files to any cloud or server.

6. Your rights

Since no data is ever sent outside your device, the simplest way to delete everything is to uninstall the app, which removes the database and all settings at once.

7. Changes to this policy and contact

If this policy changes in the future (for example, if a feature involving internet connectivity is added), we'll update the date above. Questions can be sent by email to scp.plus.softwarehouse@gmail.com or by phone at +66 92-593-9292
