Frequently asked questions
Can I download it now?
The Google Play release is still in preparation, so this page does not provide a download link yet. The company website will be updated when the app is published.
Do I need to pay or sign up?
The owner has confirmed a free launch in all available Google Play countries. This preparation build has no account system or in-app purchases.
Do I need a connection?
Core app functions work on the device. Websites, store updates, email and exports to online services depend on the network and service you choose. The Privacy row in Settings opens the full policy in your browser, using your own connection; the app itself stays offline.
Does it measure my metabolism?
No. It counts time and displays general learning material. It does not measure your glucose, ketones or metabolism.
Are reminders guaranteed?
No. Permissions, channels, Do Not Disturb, battery restrictions and force-stop can affect Android reminders and displays.
Where are my records?
Primary records are on your device. The developer has no server copy to recover. The app tells Android not to back up its data, and you manage the files you export yourself.
Will my data follow me to a new phone or return after reinstalling?
Not automatically. The app tells Android not to back up or transfer its data. Before changing phones or reinstalling, create a .mfbackup in Settings → Data, keep it somewhere you control, and restore it on the new device.
